I don't anticipate any bloodshed from our military, it's more likely they'll provide more care than inflict damage.

Why not bring thousands of college professors down there , have them teach basics of self reliance, how to mobilize against crime , how to start a basic business, how to grow food, how a local economy can exist by providing services for one another without money and band together to protect their resources, teach them some basics of government, identify and empower some leaders in the group and give them some resources and conditional back up and send them back and dominate the forces they are running from
