Interested to see if the Hawkeyes might offer Will Ulmer. He was a 3* QB, who switched to WR and was redshirted at Maryland. Appears to be lightning quick on his videos and was possibly the fastest player on Maryland's team last year. Will play at Iowa Western and transfer to a new school in January. He just got his first offer yesterday, so the door is wide open for recruitment. Should have 3 years of eligibility left, after transferring, and two years of experience at WR under his belt . Do not have any personal background info on him, but he might be a good under-the-radar recruit for Iowa.
