How do you grade it so far?

Compared to where I thought they would be at this time prior to the start of the season, I think they deserve a B+

Two reasons they are not at an A- is because of the EIU debacle and starting 0-3 in conference play (primarily the home loss to a Connie)

Hard to grade this team, or any team in the Big this year. They are about where I’d hoped they’d be but not at all like I thought. Beating top teams in conference and losing to the bottom. So B grade but still room to improve

B- I'm pleased with the way they have rebounded after 0-3 start. But it's something like that every year that keeps the conference championship drought going.

EIU and the home loss to Wisky are keeping it from an A. Gave them a B+.

EIU specifically is inexcusable. Iowa's bench should beat those guys.

I give them a solid B. The defense and home losses to EIU and Wisconsin along with a 2-5 B1G road record keep me from grading them any higher today.
