Yay! FWIW, this ^^ is exactly what I tried to articulate yesterday in my answer about strategy that leads to better scores. Now then, it doesn't work EVERY day of course.

I used a random starter word and almost whiffed. I used two vowels in the 2nd AND one of my "off" letters and I think I was down to one option, maybe two. Rolled in the birdie...BOOM goes the dynamite.

My "luck" factor was picking the right "off" letter, otherwise it was all strategery.
