Would Iowa Ever Consider Having a Pass Game OC & a Run Game OC?

Would Iowa ever consider having a Pass Game OC & a Run Game OC and have the Pass Game OC call the plays?

Maybe Ken O'Keefe could be the Pass Game OC.

I think I have heard other teams do this.
