I’m not a gambler but if I were it would only be in LV. The casinos I’ve been to in Iowa and MN are claustrophobic.

I'll go to Harrah's Gulf Coast and New Orleans in July if open and planning on Vegas and Lake Tahoe in September.

We’ve got some comped rooms at the Aria booked for January. Assuming all this passes, we’ll be there as planned.

I might go in a year or so. Right now I'm still not going out a lot to anywhere, except the grocery store.

I am stunned you’re being responsible, I had you swallowing the Drumpf party line hook line and sinker and assumed you were hugging on people at Church while singing and hanging out on the beaches and bars four inches from everyone else. Is that growth?

And yes, I’m not going to a theme park, gym, casino, sports or live music venue/festival/concert until there’s a vaccine that works and I’ve taken it. I doubt I will even go to a restaurant again until that happens. Anyone who knows me would say that I’ve completely lost everything I love in life other than my wife and video games over this because that list of things I’m not doing....is basically a list of everything I DO normally.

The last time I was at a casino was when I was in Puerto Rico.

"Slot machines" where you pull a lever and hope you get lucky didn't exist there.

Everything was like a video game and the rules/strategies were not apparent.

If you tried to watch other players to figure out how to play they would give you the evil eye.

So, I said, "fvck it" and went to the bar.

Never have ,never will
Had a free gift to the one in Marquette when they first came to town.
I was a business owner then.
I know of 2 persons that lost their life savings there.

I would not go right now. The only thing I really enjoy in a casino is a crowded, lively and raucous craps table. With only a handful of people allowed on a table, it doesn’t sound like all that much fun.

You stay at the Marriott on the beach in San Juan?

No. Everything in a casino or card room is touched by many other people, especially the chips and cards. Also, dice, slot handles, screens etc. Germophobes nightmare.

No way. I don't need to put my life at risk just to go gambling. It, and many other things, will have to wait until it's safer out there.

Have a room booked at the Mirage at the end of June. Probably gonna cancel it soon. See you next year Vegas

If it don’t make dollars it don’t make sense. Was just at the Tropicana in February.

Yea, I would and may actually stop in at Mystic Lake this week when they open to see how they are handling things and play a bit. Not opposed to wearing the mask and I assume it will be required. Not going to make a special trip out there by any means but a group of us are playing golf later in the week and may play The Meadows (fairly nice course up here that is right at Mystic). I know a lot of people don’t agree with this; however, I feel like people can do enough to protect themselves and others.

You don't know me at all. I've never been anything like what you describe. I don't even go to church, unless it's a wedding, baptism, or funeral, much less sing there.
My sister and I drove to the beach, parked, and walked to water's edge, remarking how everyone on the beach was social distancing. We then got back in the car and came home. We had gotten takeout seafood and ate outdoors at a park by a marina with the next closest table 30 feet away.
I don't do bars. Whatever for?

I only go to a casino about once a year maybe once every other. But yes I would go. The whole world needs to stop acting like they are Howie Mendel.

I go occasionally, so I will...eventually. Depends on how well the social distancing efforts work, what all is going on overall, etc.

I'm not a hugely social person, but I would like to be able to go and do things for fun again.

You've been pretty conservative throughout your time here. Do you not believe it's a hoax to bring down Don?

I won't go back anytime soon. Maybe late summer if the curve continues to flatten.

I'll go back to restaurants, theaters and sports bars first.
Curve continuing to flatten? It's going up.

I can walk to a casino but only go to golf or see some has been band in concert outside. Rolling Stones should be along any minute...:D
Aren't casinos only a step or two above where Styx is still invited to play? I would think the Stones are still a couple levels higher.

Cigarette smoke prevents the covid, so heck yeah, taking PTO and I'll be at Riverside on Mon ha. Seriously talk about thinning out the herd. Seeing old people smoke, hacking up a lung, carrying around their oxygen tanks from one slot machine to the next.

This. I’m not a huge gambler but will go to a casino once or twice a year. So with that said, I have absolutely no problem avoiding them for awhile longer.
