Yes. Both Zain and Yianni were taking shots and counter shots throughout the whole match
Funny. If not initiating attacks is your definition of running then I guess Yianni ran his way to two NCAA titles.
They wrestled a good match.
Tainted by the controversy but for better or worse, it had to happen.
Far and square, face to face...Zain played the better match and won. Yianni is still a great wrestler and a real threat to Zain in the future.

i completely resent my prior statement, yes zain won fair and square, if a mod could delete this good, i said i was wrong , more power to him, i hope he crushes at worlds and is completely healthy, he looked great today USA ALL THE WAY

I thought both guys gave great after match interviews. Zane was very candid about how he was feeling with the process and yet very complimentary towards Yianni. Yianni was also very classy and impressive in defeat.
All you guys that were better than cael should keep calling him carl. I'm sure Danna Gable thinks it's hilarious.
You dont shake hands till the match it over. If he shook hands and yianni hit an arm drag it would have counted. Zain shook his hand at the appropriate time. Your looking for something to complain about.
That would make sense, except for the fact Zain quit wrestling with 3 seconds left as well and started to celebrate leaving himself defenseless for 2 seconds. So that completely contradicts your point.
Even my 5 year old knows the real answer.Zane? Isn't he that dude with the cool mask in Batman?
