The internet news calls him Wyoming's star player so that could be a good get.

The transfer portal and Nil are surely creating an atmosphere of no allegiance by players to their teams and so coaches will be telling their lesser players that they are not going to be playing much unless they really improve. So maybe Iowa gets a few transfers.

Blueblood Kansas has contacted Ike, along with a few other high level programs like Zona. I'd guess odds of Iowa landing him are slim.
