Yet another Jan 6 criminal back in jail after more criminaling

Also wasn't she just pardoned like 6 days ago? How the **** you already get 17 years?
Several were awaiting trials or had charges against them while incarcerated. There is a pedo in the mix that Trump pardoned who is on the loose because Trump’s BoP failed to hold the guy for Texas, which had a request in to transfer him to their custody in case he was pardoned. A cop beater serving 3 years, and a pedo roaming free thanks to Trump.

She only got 30 days in jail for Jan 6th. So she was out and drunk in Nov. of 2022 when she was driving the wrong way on an interstate and killed a woman and seriously injured her husband.

The pardon didn't spring her from jail or anything. I think a pardon for a crime you've already served your time for restores things like voting rights and maybe the right to own a firearm. Although given that she only got a misdemeanor charge I'm not sure those were even taken away.

Dirtbag maga criminals won't be changing their colors too quickly. Expect lots more of the J6 criminals to end up back behind bars as they revert to their dirtbag criminal ways. So sad.

She was involved in the accident 3 yrs ago.

She was pardoned 1 week ago. One has nothing to do with the other.
Sorry I thought she was previously in prison. Not served her time 2 years ago, bunch about nothing I agree.

So much stupid in this thread. Served her time and was out of jail in May 2022.

Prosecutors claim photos and videos taken on Jan. 6, 2021, show Emily Hernandez inside and outside the U.S. Capitol building, holding aloft a fragment of a wooden sign bearing the name and title of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Capitol officials estimated it will cost $870 to replace this nameplate, taken from above Pelosi's office door. Hernandez's attorney told KMOV in St. Louis that Hernandez was "swept into the mass delirium of that event" and would just like to deal with the consequences and move on.Show Less ▲Federal: Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds (Source)Hernandez pleaded Guilty to the charge. Sentenced 4/11/2022 to 30 days incarceration, one year of supervised release, 80 hours of community service, $500 restitution, $25 special assessment

Did he not pardon her? Was he not made aware that she was facing a sentencing hearing this week for killing another human being?

Appreciate you admitting your stupidity.

The point is maybe don't blanket pardon a group of people that includes yet-to-be-sentenced criminals?

Stupidity is one of doug's qualities. He's the guy that told us we'd never see under $5 gas again, and nicknamed himself the 'dancing fairy'.
