The Saturday before Halloween is Freakfest in Madison. Many students are arranging their costumes before the game. Ten minutes later and the place was packed. People who don't know what they're talking about should just relax. At this very time the whole State Street area is partying the great win over Nebraska and the fun of Halloween. Hope no Nebraska fans made the mistake of venturing down there its not for losers.
