100% On Topic and Civil Thread on AJ Ferrari's Wrestling Future

Learn the history, try that for yourself. Russia Lover has nothing to do with what you talked about. Nothing at all. I wouldn't expect you to understand. But MAGA Man does.
I do know the history and it's not what you're being told by left wing bought and paid for talking heads. And if you did take a minute to learn it you'd know it is a bi-partisan issue on our part. Say it's not so!

Again you are off by a country mile concerning my comments to MAGA man. Figure it out... or stay out of it when you have no knowledge of the discussion . It's something he and I discussed in a previous thread, regarding his support for the civilian murdering Putin vs the President of the United States. So best you stay out of that which you have no clue. Now back to if AJ wears the black and gold...

Are you trying to be witty by assuming the education taught at small town schools is automatically inferior? Might want to revisit that one. And it's others - not other. Edit your own writing before you try to hurl insults around.

And assuming anyone who does not support our subsidy of the war in Ukraine as being a "Russia Lover" is simple at best. Learn the history and how it got to this point. You might just be pointing the finger at someone else. But I know you won't. When you dig in deep you'd rather keep digging than find out the truth.
Don't you know if you refuse to donate to the Crips you're Bloods lover? Or is it the other way around?

I never said you supported AJ. , MAGAMan the Russia Lover. You have and do support other that have actually been convicted of sexual abuse though, and men of notorious low character. Haven't you? So I thought you'd stick together in your support of accused sexual abusers. I mean AJ was just accused but never convicted, with his case dropped. Yet you are down on him. Others you support have been accused and tried and found guilty of sexual abuse. Your support there is unwavering. And by the way, it's you're... not your. Did you miss third grade down in the holler?
Good point. Funny how your quick to throw daggers at every accusation libbies bring up on trump but want this rapist in an iowa singlet. Your why the rest of nation hates iowa fans.

I’m pretty sure Sabula doesn’t throw daggers at libs?

What am I missing here?

Every accusation that liberals bring up? I think not. But nice exaggeration for effectI. I'm just talking about one case where someone was accused, tried, convicted, and find for sexual abuse. AJ was not tried, convicted or fined. Notice the difference?

You are correct. I do not. However if I am the sole reason why the rest of the nation hates Iowa fans, then I wear that proudly.

They generally do so because it's part of their great design. No level of discrimination is going to stop all that natural drive.
Amen! My wife views motherhood and everything that goes along with it as a gift from God. People want to call it old fashion but God set the husband as the head of the household in Genesis 3:16. Now that doesn’t mean that the man is to rule over the woman as his subject but rather it’s to be like a King and Queen relationship where they are equals in the marriage but the husband has headship and the wife is the help meet.

I agree with you 'but, I just don't see the wrestling connection here.

The Judeo-Christian paternalistic God, sure.
the husband has headship and the wife is the help meet.
Should not come as a surprise when the basis is a paternalistic God.

And so the patriarchy was born and continues to be reinforced through mass inculcation.

But in Vietnam there is the Dao Mau religion. It worships Mother Goddesses. And that worship is understood as contributing to the appreciation of women in society.

Lol Why would you ask that? He’s just an intelligent person with a high EQ, imo. While that may be rare in Iowa or the military, it’s not necessary to by a prof in order to understand the inequality inherent in our society. His view on the topic at hand is fairly common knowledge where I live at least.

Women have had to fight for equal rights here in the US and apparently that battle is still being fought, based on comments in this thread.

#1. The rest of the nation does not hate Iowa fans.

#2. You are an idiot.

I was at Nationals the year that Dake beat St. John. Iowa fans were not happy with the officiating (shocker) and the heaviest Iowa section was booing loudly as Kyle Dake was being interviewed by ESPN. The rest of the arena suddenly stood up and started to cheer to drown out the Iowa boos. That was the rest of the country telling Iowa to sit down and shut up.

As for this issue, none of us know what happened. However, there are a lot of other reasons to dislike A.J. I'm glad he's not on my favorite team and I'm also really glad he's going to be on your team.

I did hear AJ was going to write a book called "If I Did It"

Surprise? You can look down on me for your biases against my lifestyle but that’s your baggage, not mine, chief.
I wasn't offended by @IAChief32's inquiry. Found his spelling of Womyn's interesting. I've never used it myself. Took it at face value and somewhat as a compliment. Took his ooookayyy to you, simply as meaning his inquiry to me was sincere.

What else does your smug ass like and dislike?
You take full size cardboard cutouts of Carl into the shower with you don't you.

El Dub...You inserted yourself into an A and B conversation with a paragraph of whatever, I replied with a typical snarky meme, and then you go off again about your lifestyle etc. I bet you think that song was about you, don't you?

Yea, I was having some fun there <shocker> with the womyn's studies thing. Glad I got points for the spelling.

Actually, some people definitely did boo. But, if I remember it correctly, Dake made a bit of a snide remark that set some fans off...

Exactly, they were booing his comments from Dake, not the officiating. They were not booing because they thought St john should of won. It wasn't that close of a match. any fan base is going to do that shit.

(my bad, I do see where I said we didnt boo during the interview, I meant didn't boo because of the refs)

Yes, I would. I’m not talking about a USCJ system decision about a spineless man’s need to dominate a woman (yes, given his persona, I believe it happened). I’m talking about a police collision report of a high-speed, head-on crash caused solely by an unintoxicated adult seeking thrills by playing chicken with human life. He’s 100% guilty of that needless, reckless act, that with a slightly different angle of impact, ends a woman’s life and destroys her family forever. But, hey, you keep rooting for him to add to that all-important bucket of team wrestling points.
I also found it a horrific crime when he was drunk beyond his wits and drove his car over the median at the State College Taco Bell at 2 am and when his wrecked car wouldnt go forward or back he was arrested and given a DUI... Then he was suspended for an undisclosed amount of time,,,, only to return to the team the WEEK before the Iowa match...ops That was Fast Eddie Ruth not AJ... its a PSU guy so forgive and forget...allegations VS Fact

High EQ rare in Iowa? Now you are taking a shot at the people of Iowa because you and your band of merry followers have your panties in a bunch because of comments on a message board? Just to be clear as well, EQ has very little to do with which side of the aisle you may be on, or what state you are from, so the automatic "likes" received aren't all that well thought out.

Maybe I missed something, but where did someone say women do not, or should not have equal rights? Tell me what laws exist to make life automatically tougher for females. I said laws, not life, because "equal rights" mean laws. And before you try to say equal pay, far more factors than your sex play into what someone makes. Yes, in many cases women in middle to upper managment may make less than their male counterparts. Maybe having to take time off (losing opportunities to receive annual pay increases) to raise a child has something to do with that? The exact same thing would happen to a man if he took time away from a career. That's life and women are the ones who have babies - but I guess in our current world that is going to change too. You know, with that concept that men can now have babies too. Equal pay for professional sports? I hope you are smart enough to stay away from that one. Equal pay for the same skilled or unskilled job - I 100% agree.

I have daughters and have worked in a field dominated by women for many years so please educate me on equal rights and the law. My guess is that other than a few smart ass off the cuff comments with intent to try and show how progressive you think you are, you can't. This isn't 1920 anymore. That date was used for a reason, by the way.
