NCAA website hasn’t changed it yet. Does Bartlett get a bye since that was supposed to be his first round opponent?
Nope there will be an alternate in place. The Suriano rule. There will also be alternates ready in case anybody misses weight. That happened a couple years ago and the kid almost placed!
take out the 24, move everyone up a spot, insert the alternate (Brya from NIU) as the #33 seed.
They will replace him, but even if they didn't, the 33 seed would move up to 32 and get a bye in the 32-33 pigtail. There's no way Bartlett (or anyone else) gets a bye.

Saw from a very unreliable source (Mineo) that williams almost withdrew from injury. But decided to stick it out. Match should tilt in rathjens favor
Just saw this too. He said they first thought he broke his collarbone in the Big XII final where he ended up injury defaulting. Should see him with a heavily wrapped shoulder.
