2 player questions

I am perusing rather than working this morning. Anyone have any info or rumblings on the following 2 players??
1. Dafney--he seems like a big athlete, is he close to cracking WR 2 deeps? is he possible for position switch?? or a career Special teamer? Seems like a big safety candidate if there was reason for switch.
2. Hockaday--fall of out graces?? hurt?? redshirt?? sorry if I missed anything on him.

Dafney looks like a good walk on wr but I would be extremely surprised if we see him on the two deeps. With mvb, Easley, ism, b smith, and devonte young ahead of him it would likely take a couple injuries. Even then there's no guarantee that he would be ahead of max cooper.
As far as hockaday goes I believe he missed almost all of fall camp with a shoulder or arm injury. Good thing with him is that he is still eligible for a redshirt

Dafney was a special teams player at Iowa Western before walking on at Iowa. He's a big target at WR. Next move would probably be TE or LB, if there is one, not safety I'm guessing, but otherwise making some nice contributions on special teams.

Hockaday injured his arm and missed most of camp. He's back now, but wearing a big brace on it. He does have a redshirt year available if they want to use it.

I thought the same thing about Hockaday as far as redshirting but I thought I saw him in on a special teams play or two.
