I sure do. But regime change isn't the only way to get better results. In fact, there is a pretty damn good chance a program will get worse under a new regime. Are you implying that a regime change is the only way to achieve better results?
Ya, coaching changes are a toss-up, typically have 1-2 down years and then may/may not pan-out, ala Nebrasksa. Something to be said for coaching continuity with Ferentz/Hayden. over 40 years. Is there another progam in college football with only 2 coaches over 40 years? I can't think of one.
