I lost my home in Waterloo during the flood last week. My wife and four boys have been forced to leave our home, but we're safe and have each other. I'm worried about Gablefan. I know he spent his days in the Waterloo public library and various dumpsters around Waterloo. I also know he slept under the 4th Street bridge. I decided it would be good idea to start a gofundme page for my family and I and as soon as we get on our feet again I would like to deliver Gablefan a 6" Cold Cut Combo in the name of our board to his bridge.

Yes, but someone decided to take all my oldest kid's poles and tackle that he's been mowing yards, shoveling walks and doing anything he could do to make money for his fishing gear. He's 13yo and had more money in poles and reels than I have in our boat. He has popular YouTube fishing channel and was hit pretty hard. He held up for a couple days, then one day he just hit the floor at our new rental and broke down at what he and we lost. I was surprised, I thought he was fine and dealing with it well. I was wrong and should have known better. Weird shit to deal with. You're living on the river one day and a day later you're living in downtown Cedar Falls with a bunch of WOB hipsters that are ten years behind the dorks in Portland.

Our house really was destination for the top young wrestlers in eastern Iowa and will be again.

Did see two Hackett kids from Waterloo that wrestle and recent profiles in Track wrestling.
Sorry to hear of your hardship with the flood. I am from Cedar Rapids and spent the last couple weeks in flooded areas. Most of it protecting my workplace.

By the way I have always enjoyed your over the top sense of humor and the way that it can ruffle feathers amongst the wrestling junkies.
