Iowas doesn't look to bad so far, love the 4 star DE you guys have. congrats Hawkeyes.

Huskers have 3 4 stars 5.8, 5.8 and 5.9 (one is Rivals Top 100 QB, 2 are Rivals Top 250 WR) and 5.6 3 star LB from Florida. And sounds like we are in good with 5 star CB D Holmes, 5 star DT Shelvin (in his top 3) and also in good shape with 5 star WR Lewis (should be visiting soon). We are also in consideration with a 5 star DE, another 5 star CB, 5 star OG and we are in in a bunch if 4 star guys (getting a lot of love from Cali).

Lets keep up the work Big 10 West, Wis also got a 4 star QB that loved the Huskers in Coan from NJ. We have to keel up recruiting wise with OSU, UM and PSU if we want to have a chance. Good luck the rest of the way Hawkeyes. And Go Big Red.

AJ is a 5* by 247 Sports and a 5* by Scout and the #1 SDE by 3 sites, Harris is a 4* by ESPN and Colbert is a 4* by Scout so yeah IA's recruiting is off to a good start.

I beg the differ on you guys beating the Huskers this year, as history has had it lately, the home teams seems to lose. So looks good for rhe Huskers here.

This wasnt a thread to see whos got the bigger dick or whos better at this or that. Being real about things and not an arrogant ass, this years game will be for the winner of the West and a trip to the Big 10 champ game. But i was simply here to say congrats on the recruiting class so far and hopes the West keeps going strong.

"Nebraska is in on a bunch of 5* recruits" "A bunch of 4* recruits from Cali love us" "Iowa doesn't look too bad so far, I like one of your 8 commits" "Not trying to be an arrogant ass though"

Kallenberger, Wirfs and Colbert are all 4 stars and ranked in the 247 top 300 and Epenesa is third. Epenesa and Juan Harris are in the ESPN 300. Colbert is a 4 star by scout and Epenesa is 21st by scout and a five star. Rivals has him as a high 4 star. Off to a really good start.

Stars aren't gonna win any games....so I don't really care. W's against the East are the only way to get real respect. Telling them a calculator says you're better, won't cut it ;)

I'm happy to have the 2nd team big 10 qb(in his 1st year starting and playing hurt half the time) and Jim Thorpe Award winner.....even if they are just average 5.6 3*. I'm also excited to watch the mediocre 5.2 2* rb Wadley, he only averaged 6 yards a carry last year.

etc etc

As a Hawkeye fan I really only follow or have any knowledge about recruits that we pursue. I'm pretty excited about where this class is headed and I like the fact other fan bases acknowledge these successes. The proof will always be on the field but I'm glad we've got these kids on our sideline.
