Cat made up a holiday called Yay Day. I guess that kind of sounds like Yeager.
James William Elliott first recorded the melody commonly associated with the rhyme Little Jack Horner.
Bobby is a slang term for a member London's Metropolitan Police, whose Assistant Commissioner is Helen Ball.
I had glanced over both of the James Elliott - nursery rhymes guy and Helen Ball - London Metro Police answers before, thinking there had to be something there, but couldn't find the connections. The Cat Valentine one was never getting solved without a clue.
