Yikes! I have never been in favor of these unbalanced classes. This year we have one senior; the following year we have 6 seniors. At Kentucky, when you are dealing with 5 Star recruits, unbalanced classes can work. At Iowa, I think it simply leads to up and down seasons, which is what we have seen during Fran's tenure.
In Men's basketball, you can have 13 on scholarship.
