Why is it that you continue to cast disparaging remarks about posters that are more senior than you. Probably insecurity. Birky's right, stop sharing ISU noise. We really don't care.
Totally sucks for the kid. But, and I don't mean this to sound callous, ISU can probably relax and not worry about other schools jumping in with inflated NIL.

There was a prediction from a Rivals National Recruiting Analysts for O’Lontae Dean, a LB from Florida, to commit to (and presumably sign with) Iowa tomorrow.

Looks like Elliot went back on his projection, I think that means he flipped his pick to Louisville, but it says Tie on his recruiting page.
There are a decent number of DE's coming out into the portal now. If Iowa is confident that's cool, but I might hold out just a bit.
Is next year the year teams have to have a roster size of 105 players and they all have to be on scholly? I was looking at the numbers today and it looked like we had a 128 man roster this season. We lose 25 (So far) to graduation, portal and early draft. That puts us at 103. We'll be at 117 after this 14 player class, not counting any portal additions. I'm guessing after portal additions we'll have to cut this roster down by 25 players or so.
I think some non scholarship guys have played their last snap or practice for us. We need more talent
i think this is why Iowa had a large scholarship graduating Class and only signed mid teens HS Class, Even with portal losses there will be attrition on the walk on ranks who will need to portal to smaller Schools, sucks . I think they should have went with 110 not 105 in the new NFL AAA Leagues
Could have went that way for schollies and not limited walk ons too so I agree that whatever number they went with should not have basically destroyed the walk on programs
honestly, it would make the FCS much more competitive as well. Not to mention with the transfer portal it makes sure guys are gettting PT.
