Did Iowa purposely take their foot off the gas and play basic offense? Did we maybe just not play that well? Did Maryland play that much better defensively?
I ask because i know coaches keep plays, attacks, etc... closer to the chest when up big in games.
I feel like Iowas offense is much better than what we saw today. But I think this because Ferentz purposely didn't show much.
Am I completely off and this is wishful thinking?
