All Big 10 QB

I agree with the above posts. Connor cook well probably get the nod but I wouldn't trade beathard for any quarterback in the country. Kid is a flat out winner.

I would vote CJ probably 2nd team all BIG behind Cook. But do you think he will be 3rd team or even honorable mention because of Hackenberg and one of "THE" Ohio State QB's? I would take CJ over Hack any day, and tOSU's Jones has been mediocre, and to me Barrett hasn't, or won't have played enough to deserve better then CJ. I could see CJ sliding to Honorable mention though which would be a travesty. CJ is much more valuable to Iowa then either Cardale or JT are to tOSU, because they so much talent overall that they win with either. My vote would be Cook, CJ, Hack and then who cares about which Buckeye QB. :) Of course, if I actually had a vote, it would be CJ 1st team, Cook 2nd team.

Connor Cook

1st in passing yards
1st in QB rating
1st in TDs
4th in completions
8th in percentage
3rd in yards per attempt
Average rank: 3.0

CJ Beathard

8th in passing yards
4th in QB rating
7th in TDs
9th in completions
5th in percentage
4th in yards per attempt
Average rank: 6.1

Jake Rudock

9th in passing yards
7th in QB rating
11th in TDs
7th in completions
1st in percentage
7th in yards per attempt
Average rank: 7.0

Nate Sudfeld

3rd in passing yards
2nd in QB rating
3rd in TDs
6th in completions
6th in percentage
1st in yards per attempt
Average rank: 3.5

Would have to agree that Cook will take this one. Sudfeld is a close second I believe, but as a poster already said, I would not trade Beathard for any. You can't coach heart.

Can't argue with that except all I know is that the OSU offense absolutely rock and rolls with the read/option and Barrett. No one has been able to stop it when he's in there. Should be an interesting last few weeks of the season. Right now I couldn't/wouldn't want to predict the BIG player of the year.

CJ Beathard, even playing on one leg, is the best QB in the Big Ten and one of the best in the nation. Use your eyes, not your accountant, and it's pretty clear. Where's the stat for leadership? What about the one for guts? How about the one for football IQ? Or, if you must have numbers, how about this one: 10-0 as a starter, 1-0 as a reliever, QB of a top ten, undefeated team headed to the Big Ten championship game.

I wouldn't trade Beathard for any other QB in the country, and I've seen quite a few. You can take anybody else you want. Just give me CJ.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic but either way I completely agree with this assessment.

And I don't ever see CJ making the pass Cook made to end that game yesterday. He didn't have a lot of options anyway but he screwed up bad.
