All These Bowl Game Blowouts

Wow. Iowa has a lot of company. After the Hawks got shellacked yesterday, which was only like the 5th blowout if the day, Okie State does their best Iowa impression in the Sugar Bowl. Now TCU is getting walloped by Oregon just as bad as the Hawks.

I don't know what the deal is this season but there have been very few competitive, down to the wire games. Exact opposite of how this season was with miracle plays and dramatic finishes. Makes me wonder if the season is too long and alot of these boys are ready to pack it in.

One thing I know, if you don't show up to play you will get embarrassed. With the way offenses can score points these days it gets ugly fast.

Don't forget K St got killed today. Every New Year's six game was a blowout also.

The bowl season has been bad all around. Nothing like the regular season.

you're right the final rankings are going to be interesting... CFP Poll #'s 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, 19, 24, and 25 all lost their bowl games... many in blow out fashion...

Adams out for Oregon and they have done nothing since that point. Maybe, maybe if McCaffrey turns an ankle in the second quarter yesterday Iowa has a slim chance of a comeback.

Adams doesn't get hurt and the Ducks would have cruised to a blowout.
