I rewarded from the under 12/8 TV timeouts that came almost back to back.

2 things stuck out compared to the initial commentary of the game.

1. Clemmons was our best player until the 3 point foul. He was getting to the basket and scored and cleaned up multiple rebounds down the stretch.

2. Our offense got to the rim or got Jok/Uthoff open looks, we just didn't make many.

If Jok and Uthoff hit a shot in that stretch, we win by 6-10.

By my count, in the final five minutes we were 0-8 from the field with two turnovers and a couple missed free throws. If we just play marginally better in the final five minutes, we win this one by 7-10 points as many above have stated.

I am curious as to what our shooting % was in the second half. We got off to a blazing start and then went ice cold.

Is it fatigue, possibly? Mental? Physical? Both? Whatever it is, let's hope they play loose and relaxed the rest of the way. The talent is there if they can just get out of their own way a few more times.

We have got to find a better last possession play then gesell driving to the hoop. He's not a great shooter or finisher, especially when he can get blocked so easily. Need to either have gesell drive and kick out to an open shooter or isolate Uthoff and let him shoot. Everyone knows that the refs will not call a foul on a drive to the lane at that point in the game.

Not holding my breath for any late game changes for Fran. As much attention as Uthoff and Jok get, we should be able to get 1 of the other 3 an open look. I would rather see AW take an 8-10 footer if open than MG driving into the abyss once more or a 25 footer from Jok or Uthoff. Been stated a million times, but the lack of a 3rd shooter really hurts in these situations.
