This is the redneck that openly bragged about his felonies and left a "bitch" note in the Speaker's office.
When he is sentenced, I will make a generous donation to Nancy Pelosi if she publishes a tweet showing his jail sentence with a "Who's the bitch now?" caption or something similar.
I hope he dies in prison. I hope the last thing he sees as the breath escapes from his body is bars over the windows.
Kind of the same thing. I was talking to a guy at the gym a few weeks ago who is well known in the IC business world, and he got red faced and started sputtering out to me that Biden stole 300,000 votes in Pennsylvania, and the truth was going to come out very soon. I couldn't even formulate words. The only thing I ever say to the guy now is weather related, or Hawkeye sports. Which, by the way, he's constantly bitching about that, too.

Watching ABC nightly news it sounds like he was nearing his 20 which makes sense considering his age and rank. He served in Iraq and Afghanistan. I feel for his family as they are going to lose him to jail and any benefits he had earned. However f him for doing what he did and I hope he gets a multi year trip to jail and gets a dishonorable discharge.

Most likely they are grade school or junior high if he has kids. If he has family and they live on the base that is gone along with insurance, medical and any other benefits they get from no fault of their own.

I have not become so jaded during this to wish traumatic life changing events on minors due to actions of parents. You do you.

I see what you're saying. I suppose in time the pitiful stories of how these nuts fell under the spell of a con man the likes of Trump will become more well known. I doubt that I will ever have compassion for these idiots - they will (hopefully) get what they deserve - but any collateral damage they caused to the connected innocents is a damn shame.
Will they lose their benefits? I don't know, but if the military tried him, and imprisoned him, wouldn't he have to be a member of the military, and therefore his family eligible for benefits until he is discharged? He would not be paid, but would the kids and wife get their health care immediately cut off? It seems like there would be a work around.
If he is dishonorably discharged, which he deserves, yes. @Chishawk1425 can answer better than I can though if I am wrong.
This should he a court martial and forfeiture of all benefits. Fingers crossed. @lucas80

Let's ask the board's Cons and what they think should happen to this guy's family's benefits if he is found guilty.
His kids have probably been raised to be "just like him".
The kids coming over the border almost assuredly grew up having higher moral and ethical standards.
Those kids at the border wall were probably raised to be meth runners and MS 13 members.
