What? Trump isn't standing firmly behind his wind up toy soldiers that he sent to the Capitol? That isn't like him to abandon someone after they are no longer useful to him.

I'm with you on enhanced prosecution of enlisted servicemen and women who participated in the Insurrection. Unlike civilians (who should also be prosecuted to the fullest extent) they swore that they would defend the Constitution. No
It's a "Traitor to the Constitution" and violation of a military oath discussion.
Maybe you can look up what an "oath" means.
I mean, we TRIED TO TELL YOU, dumbass.
Lock him up and throw away the key.
It's a cult.

Inside the Capitol, he saw protesters and police officers involved in what looked like a "rugby scrum," he told the FBI, and said that he thought the whole scene wasn't real.
"The defendant believes that the whole event was staged and that law enforcement purposefully did not have enough resources there so that supporters of the former president could overrun the Capitol and be subsequently labeled as 'intruders,'" according to the FBI's charging document.
Despite that theory, he blamed the insurrection on Antifa protesters, according to the FBI. “
Watch this POS play the veteran and age card. F him. I hope you guys read the comments from his lawyer about 1/6 being a set up. I hope this guy dies in prison.

A Littleton man charged with participating in the Jan. 6 riot and storming of the U.S. Capitol is facing house arrest after he violated the terms of his pretrial release by hunting a mountain lion.
Patrick Montgomery, a 48-year-old hunting guide at Pmonte Outdoors, was arrested in January and indicted on 10 charges, including assaulting a police officer, engaging in physical violence and illegally entering the Capitol building.
Montgomery is accused of kicking a police officer in the chest and trying to take his baton during the riots at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. that left five people dead, according to court records.
Montgomery has been in Colorado on conditional pre-trial release since January; however, documents filed in federal court this week allege that he violated the conditions of his release by hunting and killing a mountain lion in Douglas County on March 31.

Under his release, Montgomery was ordered not to possess any guns while the federal charges against him are pending, according to the court documents.
Montgomery was also ordered not to violate federal, state or local law while on release and, since he pleaded guilty to robbery in New Mexico and was sentenced to six years in prison in 1996, it is illegal for him to possess a firearm.
He also violated state law soon after his release in January when he illegally hunted a bobcat by hitting it out of a tree with a slingshot and having his dogs kill it – both methods which are banned in Colorado, according to Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
The U.S. Attorney's Office initially said Montgomery’s pretrial release would be revoked and demanded he turn himself in to the authorities by Monday at noon. However, on Friday, the office filed a motion that it had reached an agreement with Montgomery to keep him out of jail.

Montgomery’s new pretrial conditions include 24/7 house arrest and GPS monitoring, in addition to all of the previous restrictions, including no hunting, possessing firearms or committing federal or state crimes.
A hearing is scheduled at 9 a.m. Monday for the court to grant the new pretrial conditions request.
Montgomery has a status hearing for his 10-count indictment regarding the Capitol riot scheduled for July 28. He pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Montgomery could also face state charges of illegal possession of wildlife and felony possession of a weapon by a previous offender for his illegal hunting practices, according to the court documents.

F'him.
Too bad the mountain lion didn’t win this one. His sentence should be no guns, and he goes in a ten acre enclosure with another mountain lion. If he comes out on top then his record is wiped clean.HOUSE ARREST?????

The actual AP story is better than that one:
Most need 5-10 year sentences, as they absolutely are a risk to others, and our democracy. ALL should lose federal election voting rights, either in perpetuity (they can petition in 5-10 years after release for restoration), or at least for a decade. And be on parole so that if they falsely vote while ineligible, they lose rights forever and get another jail stint. The actual AP story is better than that one:
