Back in Black is a good entry tune, but I would recommend this

AC/DC is terrible and Iowa would do well to play less of it in Kinnick.

It plays well with a lot of the fanbase though so I doubt it is going anywhere.
I wouldn’t go so far as you and call AC/DC terrible. I liked them 20-25 years ago, a lot. But that was a long time ago. We could benefit from some change.

Black in Black was released 7/25/1980.

Almost 38 years ago. There could be players whose parents were not yet born.

The rest of the world has moved on. It is definitely time for updated music/sound in Kinnick, but the Athletic Department continually operates like it is 1985 so I'm not holding my breath.

I am a little jealous of the Husker's new entry video. But Frost is trying to develop a recruiting stronghold in Chitown. I don't blame him.

So by your standards these same folks have never heard the likes of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin, etc. Some things hold their value beyond the test of time. If only some classic person could come up with a classic sort of word for these types of classic things.....

You and I both know that AC/DC should not be mentioned in the same breath as The Beatles, The Stones, and Led Zeppelin.

For the record I would be in favor of removing any of their work from the playlist at Kinnick as well.

Iowa needs to be on the cutting edge if they wanna out do BJ Flex, Scott Forrest and Where's Waldo at Michigan.

Nice, but (from insider info), here is the new video board 3rd and long fire up audio and vid. I'm all in too. This will make Kinn so loud. Opposing QB's will be looking to parents in the hospital for signals.
