I can’t think of an event that made me more proud to be an Iowan and a Hawkeye.
-To get huge national recognition for the Hawkeyes.
-To see the arena, the staff, the fans, the love.
-To have a young woman from Iowa talk about how proud she is to be from Iowa and the support she has received.
-To see the excellence of the women representing the university.
I’ll remember this for the rest of my life. Not many schools get this kind of recognition. I never expected to see it happen here and it is a true joy. Thank you Lisa, Caitlin and everyone involved with the program.
