Outside of Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad, what is your favorite TV series? The GOT lull has me itching to start something else.

Peep Show, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, Extras, 30 Rock, The Simpsons.

As far as new shows, I like The Comedians and have also watched the first two episodes of The Brink on HBO.

Think BBC -
Downton Abbey
Foyle's War
Silk
All Creatures Great and Small

Penny Dreadful, Tyrant, Salem, Walking Dead, Wayward Pines, Falling Skies, Continuum, Hell on Wheels, Vikings, Orange is the New Black, Black Sails, and my guilty pleasure Supernatural.

If you like game of thrones you will like Vikings. 1st two seasons are free on Amazon Prime but we had to buy the third. Awesome show.

Archer
Robot Chicken

I watch mostly live sports when I actually have time to watch TV anyway. Otherwise it's stuff on Velocity.

Everything else is pretty much reruns. Been watching a lot of MeTV, Grit etc...OTA reruns...watching the shows I missed in the 60's and 70's.

californication
the league
ascension
spartacus
da vinci's demons

House of Cards
The Walking Dead
Sons of Anarchy
Curb your Enthusiasm
The League
Orange is the New Black

American Horror Story
Dig
Dexter
The Following
The Walking Dead
Orange is the new black
House of Cards

Veep is a great show. Probably my favorite show on TV right now.

As for shows currently airing
Mountain Men isn't bad
True Detective
The Brink
Orange is the new black

Justified
Deadwood
Arrested Development
Better Off Ted
OITNB
Rome
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

There's always Band of Brothers. I re-watch it like once a year.

Shows on at my house

Shows for me so far this year...

Turn
Vikings
Dig
Salem
Humans(just started)
The Strain(new season in a couple weeks)

Masters of Sex
Penny Dreadful
Black Sails
Foyle's War
Poldark

And when they come back with new episodes:

The Americans
Mom
Archer

I'm going through GoT and Justified withdrawl symptoms. The above shows seem to help.

I might have to pull out my Star Trek Voyager collection and get a 'Seven-of-Nine' fix to get me through the toughest times.

I miss Garfunkel & Oates, too.

My 3 year old is a big finding bigfoot fan. He believes everything is "as tall as a sasquatch" and frequently picks up sticks and bangs them on trees. Sure, we could stop him, but why?

I like that shows like finding big foot exist because it gives me great pleasure/relief that my 10-year old thinks those people are either complete idiots or frauds.

Nice list. Forgot all about

You're trapped in Disney Jr. hell too, eh?

Some seriously good ideas here guys, thanks! I forgot 3/4 of these shows even existed.

First time my nephews asked me to turn on Doc Mcstuffin I did a double take. Sounds like a porno name.

Penny Dreadful, Tyrant, Salem, Walking Dead, Wayward Pines, Falling Skies, Continuum, Hell on Wheels, Vikings, Orange is the New Black, Black Sails, and my guilty pleasure Supernatural.

Some good shows listed. I loved Deadwood as a dark Western. Turn is a favorite. And Supernatural is also a guilty pleasure. I like Dean's car, the music and the night driving. Over distances I prefer night driving, it's more peaceful and less congested. Unfortunately I've never met any hot demons. Sam and Dean are strong enough to resist, I would succumb to her charms in about 1.5 seconds.

I agree with many shows listed..,but would add HBO's "Six Feet Under".

Your boy sounds like he's headed to "special" classes. Why wouldn't you stop that behavior?

You all kind of suck at this. In no particular order

1. Justified
2. House of Cards
3. Bloodline
4. Rectify
5. True Detective season 1
6. The Wire
7. Fargo
8. It's Always Sunny in Philly
9. Orphan Black
10. Sherlock bbc version

I'm currently watching "The Sopranos" and "Justified." Both are excellent.

"House of Cards" is worth your time. So is "Turn." And "Gotham." The first two or three seasons of "Hell on Wheels" are pretty good. I really liked "Dexter," although it got weaker toward the end.

The best Series on TV is the World Series held each
October. It is called the Fall Classic and features the
best team from the American League against the best
team in the National League. The New York Yankees
have won the World Series 27 times. May the Hall
of Famers Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio and Mantle rest in
peace.

A good list. I'll probably finish up Bloodline today, and Orphan Black is one of my favorites as well.
