Weird how China wanted someone in possession of 47,000 child pron photos“Three Chinese nationals were traded for three Americans held in Chinese custody and accused of being spies: Mark Swidan, Kai Lee and John Leung.
Families for the three Americans say they are due to land in San Antonio, Texas late Wednesday evening.”
No it isn't. A president doesn't have to pardon a prisoner to exchange them. They should still considered criminals in this country, and if they were to be found inside it again, they should face whatever remains on their sentences. In fact, they should face additional espionage charges. That’s how prisoner exchanges work.
