Sure was. Harrar was huge in the last minute. Almost lost an eye. 🧐
PSU played really well. Hit a lot of tough shots and got to the rim quite a bit too. That Harrar and Brockington were huge in the 2nd half.
'76 probably was worse. After one game, Trickey just left and didn't show up for his post-game radio show. I don't see Prohm doing that. IIRC, attendance was about the same that year as it this year, and there wasn't any pandemic then.
But I agree it's hard to see any wins the rest of the way.
So the only difference is the coach will show up to the press conferences? That’s reassuring..
As much as I like and have supported Prohm, I think its time for a change. I dont know if the Pandemic-related budget will allow for a buy-out to happen though. Prohm does have a good class coming in - they can't risk having those guys de-commit. The MS State game was hard to watch. I don't see any wins on their schedule especially with now 3 starters out. Pollard is no fool, but he can't allow the bball program to go further into the tank. I feel bad for those players. They just look defeated.
Seems as though Prohm and the Clowns always have a "good class" coming in, but rarely do they stay long or, for the most part, perform well. This year's four freshmen together are averaging about a dozen points a game
You’ve got to give him more time. 7 more years minimum for him to prove that he can win 5 games in a season.
