Indeed, it's not likely, but it surely is possible. Wisconsin beat Michigan State in OT, if you will recall, to win the Big Ten Tournament a few weeks ago. Now we have the possibility those two teams could match up again for another tourney title: the NCAA national championship next Monday night. I would LOVE to see it.

Imagine the angst in the offices of ESPN and CBS. Imagine the agony in the ACC, the SEC, the Pac-12 and the Big 12. It would be a glorious thing for the Big Ten to be guaranteed the national title in basketball to go with its football title before the championship game even tipped off. Oh, my....

Kentucky and Duke stand in the way, and it would be that much sweeter to knock those two out on the way to the finals. The opportunity for one of the biggest moments in Big Ten basketball history is there. Do you believe in miracles? YES!

Wisconsin defends the 1976 Hoosiers' feat, then plays MSU in the first all-Big Ten final since that 1976 game against Michigan.

Perfect!
