Black and Minority Republicans

I'm sort of a believer in that there are levels of racism and hardly any adult (of any race) could claim to have zero racism.

Your high level is like the KKK or other hate groups.

But your low level is basic stereotypes where you automatically pre-judge someone you don't know. Unfortunately I think we are all guilty of that in some way or another.
But in today's world it's black or white (no pun intended) with zero gray area.

Make me realize why slavery was viable. What a bunch of lunatics.
They’re not black anymore. Biden has changed their race. Remember?

As for the slavery thing, it seems it’s still true that when they leave the plantation, their Democrat Massuhs start projecting big time.

I meant to add this to the above.

I’ll give you a little example.

A few months ago at my son’s soccer game I’m standing next to a parent I’ve become pretty good friends with (he’s black). He called a black player by the wrong name and I responded with, “Don’t you mean, Melvin?” He said, “Well, you know we all look alike” and we both laughed.

Well, at our last game he did it again with a different player and I said, “Man, I guess you guys do all look alike.” …and we laughed. Now, I have to just assume it was okay that I made the comment in jest, but if another parent overheard me say that, I doubt it would have gone over well.

But in today's world it's black or white (no pun intended) with zero gray area.

Also I don't think there is much mood to forgive people either.

I think Maher talked about how Matt Damon talked about how growing up he used to use gay slurs just as part of a typical conversation, but had since thought about it and stopped using them. Despite the fact that he clearly made a change a lot of people wanted to beat him up because of how he was 20+ years ago.

I think a similar thing happens when people get fired for some social media post from 10+ years ago that half the time they made before they were even an adult.

Context is also key there too.

If your white friend had called a black player by the wrong name and upon being corrected said "Well they all look alike" it would have been a completely different story.

Is it racism when a person denies his own words? Bizzare take from you.
Years after saying the N word twice in congress, Biden told a room full of black people that Mitt Romney was going to put them back in chains. He then said unless they vote for him they’re not really black people. This was just before his wife told a room full of Mexicans that they remind her of tacos.

Your inconsistency when it comes to who is racist doesn’t escape the people paying attention.

The things I said and did in the 80s and 90s are a far cry from what would fly today and most of that was out of youth and ignorance, not racism (at least not by how it's viewed today).

Have you watched the movie AIR? Matt Damon's monolog was about we love building up heroes, but we love to tear them down more. So, you're pretty spot on about people not being in the mood to forgive, we'd rather just cancel.

And just so you right wing nutters understand, I have called Biden out plenty. He called Indian Americans 7/11 clerks and faked an Indian accent. I am not here to say one person is better than another but there is a trend for some sad sack of shit individuals like Namrata and Tim Scott.

Well you just admitted Biden is racist. So, why do you care which racist they support? And how does it make “slavery make sense”?

Canceling or tearing someone down makes you feel better about yourself.

Forgiving usually means recognizing that you've made mistakes and F***** up too even if your mistakes were not necessarily the same as this other persons.

Biden might be racist but I don't see dems who are minorities lying about shit they said that is in direct contradiction to what they said when they went against Trump in the primaries.

Sure there is. You have zero ire towards the blacks who support the racist you like. And hate the ones who support the racist you don’t like. That’s inconsistency. The fact is, you support a racist exactly the same way Tim Scott does.
Last I checked Biden wasn't a 34x convicted felon.

Neither was Trump until yesterday. Glad to see you believe they were exactly the same person up until yesterday. Don’t worry, they’ll be back to being the exact same person again if Trump wins the appeal.

He isn't going to win anything in the court room. Only insurrectionists like you will get him elected and this country will head into another civil war.

We get it. You like your blacks loyal to the plantation. Plantation owners never wanted their slaves educated. Never wanted them to be free thinking or having freedom to choose. You’re right! Slavery does make sense when you look at it! And you’re pissed off the slaves are escaping the plantation and heading north. Tim Scott- the modern day Harriett Tubman.

Also? I voted for Biden. But he’s way too racist for me to vote for him again.

You're the one using derogatory language. But honestly that doesn't surprise me one iota.
Tim Scott is an idiot. It's not a surprise you support him. Like follows like.

Why is it you don’t like Tim Scott again? Oh yeah…he’s black. You already said that. My bad.

Care to reveal the context under which Joe Biden uttered the N word? The fact that you didn't makes you appear to be a race baiting POS. Perhaps you actually are?

So…you skipped past the “Tim Scott being Republican proves why slavery makes sense” to take issue with an actual true statement I made because you want context? Haha. Brilliant.

I’ll tell you what,…give me some context on why you think slavery is such a good parallel in regards to minorities exercising political free will and I’ll give you the context of the two times Biden said the N word in congress. Even though it’s quite obvious you know the context.

Sort of like when you stated that all the residents of West Des Moines and Waukee are racists.
You know all about race baiting

No just some of their shitty entitled kids and the parents that raised them that way. Really stuck in your craw, eh? It was embarrassing then and it’s twice as embarrassing that you continue to try and justify it.

Biden said that about Tim Scott?

Tim Scott is a POS but I don’t base that on his race. He’s a homophobic misogynist who supports Fair Tax which would impact poor people profoundly. He’s apparently forgotten where he came from and abandoned them so he can run with the rich crowd. Sold his soul for a few measly bucks. I’m sure there are many other valid reasons not to respect or value Tim Scott but that’s enough for me.

Biden? WTF are you talking about? How about the first post in this thread you opened? You know, the one with the crazy person relating black people having free will with how slavery came into existence? You seemed to skip past that ludicrous assertion to ask for context for my true statement.
