BLM Activist shoots an AK 47 5 x at a Car! Driver shoots back and kills him!

The couple in St Louis were Liberal Lawyers with guns.

Who knows maybe the guy he shot at 5 times was a liberal guy with a gun?

Except that mr foster never fired his weapon. The guy in the car was threatening people with his vehicle and when mr foster approached it he was shot 3 times by the driver who then sped away and was fired upon by another civilian.

but continue posting your bullshit.

Lol. Did you not see all the protestors run back to get in front of the dudes car? Did you not hear 8 shots, clearly by two different weapons?

You’re sure to have all the facts. Maybe you’re posting bullshit too. Like usual

OP’s version of events is a lie.

Later that night, Mr. Foster was fatally shot, but not by the police. The authorities said he was killed by a motorist who had a confrontation with protesters.

The police and witnesses said the man in the car turned it aggressively toward the marchers, and Mr. Foster then approached it. The driver opened fire, shooting Mr. Foster three times. He was rushed to a hospital and was later pronounced dead.

Austin’s police chief, Brian Manley, told reporters on Sunday that as the motorist turned, a crowd of protesters surrounded the vehicle, and some struck the car. The driver, whose name has not been released, then opened fire from inside the car as Mr. Foster approached. Another person in the crowd pulled out a handgun and shot at the vehicle as it sped away.

Minutes after the shooting, the driver called 911 and said he had been involved in a shooting and had driven away from the scene, Chief Manley said. The caller told dispatchers he had shot someone who had approached the driver’s window and pointed a rifle at him.

I won't comment on Foster yet, but definitely feel terrible for his fiancee who was with him.

Her backstory definitely is tragic ... now this. Very sad.

This sounds like a thing that comes up continuously. If armed protesters stop your car are you supposed to let them kill you or protect yourself? Its a shitty situation. I think it matters to find out what this driver was doing there. If he was just driving home from work or whatever then it is probably justified. If he was there to get involved and start shit, then he should be charged.

So, who fired the first 5 shots? Where did they come from? Stands to reason that a person hears 5 shots and sees a masked man with an AK 47 walking at him, he may get a little defensive.

I agree and not sure what the answer is. In my opinion, that’s the problem with open carry.

Don’t drive aggressively towards pedestrians and it won’t come up. The fact that he had his gun out and ready after driving at people makes you think he was looking for trouble.

Except that’s not what he told the police when he called them. He never claimed that anyone shot at him before he killed the guy. People are just making excuses.

Excuses for what? Something isn’t adding up. Watch the video. The first five shots are very loud and audible. The next three sound muffled. Almost like the second round came from inside the car. Or smaller handgun at the very least.

Driver shoots protester then is shot at while driving away. It’s not in dispute by anyone including the shooter.

Not surprised the local police union president would tweet a comment rationalizing the shooting as a “he got what was coming,” before any investigation has been completed. Unprofessional AF and says a lot about the disdain law enforcement has for BLM protestors. Regardless of the facts to come out, a professional department would STFU, especially on social media.

Honestly with every video out there of people being pulled out of cars and beaten what do people expect. Everyone wants to make the guy in the car out to be the bad guy. I’d like to see all of you tough guys out there when your car gets surrounded

Not sure what that has to do with an Austin Police Association Union president tweeting inflammatory and uniformed comments about a shooting victim during an open investigation. He can certainly hold ignorant opinions and still refrain from broadcasting them in Twitterverse. It’s called professionalism and something he clearly lacks.
