Bo Bassett (Class of 2026) gets some help shoveling snow

Sounding like he will make an announcement this spring. He's mentioned wanting to have it done before summer so he can do some training wherever he decides

Yeah, it's going to be a while, LOL. Although, after visiting tOSU and watching their thrilling nailbiter win vs Rutgers last weekend, once PSU torches Rutgers 40-0 this weekend, tOSU should drop off his list next week.
If it was only about dual results, the clear choice would be Lions. I doubt that will be Bo’s sole criteria.

I got a little excited by the color of those hat and gloves, until I saw the steelers logo. At least hes comfortable in the black and gold.

Also, get some scoop shovels!
I’m sure he has other hats, not a mistake he wore something black and gold for this visit. Also glad to see we are still showing up occasionally at his house, since Taylor has had the full court press on since visit. We need to get him and Jax in for a meet and have them by the team at floor level to get the full effect of the atmosphere when wrestling. Do the same for the Raneys and Ross. I know we can’t force them to take a second visit during the season. It sucks they will have been to a few PSU meets, Rutgers meet, Two Vtech meets and three OSU meets this season, but no Iowa meets at Carver. It would be easy for them to see us at a road meet at PSU, watching us get curb stomped, and seeing the biggest loudest crowd PSU will draw all year.

Back in the stone age when I was in high school, watching and helping a recruit shovel snow during a recruiting visit would have been an NCAA violation as an illegal physical evaluation. During my official visit to Yale for football, I accompanied my host to his aerobics class because I was a horny teenager and it is was in the early days of spandex workout gear. The coaches were pi$$ed as they had to file a self reported recruiting violation.

Wait a sec. Recruitment visit to Yale for football? Hmm . . any chance @manatree chose a different Ivy league school, was first to rush for over 4000 yards in college, then played in the NFL, before becoming a TV star? I mean, is this cat Ed Marinaro? :)

Too funny. The same exact thing happened to me at Harvard.

How well were you able to see the outlines of their packages?

My bonafides did not match my aspirations, so I ended up at Penn State just as a student. November 30th, 1990 was when I jumped on the bandwagon. I'll go to my grave believing that Wittman had terry Steiner pinned in the first period.

YES ^^^^ IF he wants Olympic GOLD, he becomes a HAWK!!!

Ummm... no.

We have a LOT of ground to make up there. TNT, as coaches at Iowa, don't have a single yellow medal at the senior level. 1 silver with Gilman and 1 silver with Spencer.

It's been commented on ad nauseum here, but we don't get to act like this is the place to win Senior level FS medals. Hope that changes, obviously.

Same ... Except it was a stripclub but I do think there was spandex involved...one of the chicks named Jane Fondle did an aerobics bit and a thing with bananas I will never forget. I think I saw a Yale lock in the county jail that night. So yea...almost the same.
