It is rumored to have most everything that border Hawks have sought for years.

Good point. None of us know but it is a bipartisan proposal. Why would the Republicans already want to vote it down if no one knows what’s in it?

I guess we will have to see. I was just excited that a bipartisan solution to the border has made it this far. Call me optimistic.
