Brecht to the Colorado Rockies

The death of any pitching prospect, going to the rockies.
Yup. They haven't turned out any above average starters in >15 years (Ubaldo was maybe the last?). Between the environments of their affiliates and Denver and the organization, it's a pretty unwinnable position. They've drafted some guys that looked like stud starters namely : Riley Pint #4 Jon Gray #3 (the best recent "success" story) + 6 starters in the first round in last decade and and none have done anything in the majors.

Hope Brody is the guy to turn the tide but he was dealt a very rough hand.

We can always hope Brody gets traded while still a minor leaguer. Any other organization.

I was searching for a stat about the percentage of MLB debuts coming with the team that drafted the player. No luck there but I did find that only 66% of first rounders and 49% of second rounders make the big show.
