Cali recall election is already froth with fraud - No surprise here!

It's NOT "fraud". It's (potential) voter suppression and voter disenfranchisement.

And when that happens in a systematic fashion to a bloc of voters, it's a big big problem. But that is NOT what happened here, and it was quickly corrected and folks were provided provisional ballots.
Yeah you don't know that but need to bang that drum for political reasons.

If they were marked as having voted but didn't that is not a small issue that gets covered by we gave these particular people that showed up provisional ballots.

Once again you don't know that.
Yes. I do.

They had frigging NEWS REPORTS OUT while the polls were still OPEN and provided folks who showed up PROVISIONAL BALLOTS that get counted when they fix the problem.

If someone voted by mail AND tried to vote in person, the provisional ballot gets shredded.

And ZERO ballots had been counted yet.

"Sport"
Which is - and I don’t know how to make this any easier for you to comprehend - absolutely irrelevant to the fact that the election had indeed already started a week before these people were incorrectly flagged as having already voted.

Yet, you came out guns a-blazing after me, when I laughed at the nonsensical claims of "voter fraud" here.
You laughed at people claiming they were incorrectly flagged as having already voted, and I pointed out verifiable facts that showed their claims were true.

If that’s “guns a-blazing” then I guess I’m Rooster Cogburn.

What part of "mail-in voting" is problematic for you here?

You cannot "allege fraud" when you haven't even counted ballots yet, and reviewed them against voter registrations. They had a glitch, and they FIXED IT EVEN BEFORE POLLS HAD CLOSED THAT DAY.

I’ve never once referenced mail-in voting in this thread and I never alleged voter fraud in this election.

Why do you keep making shit up?

The liberals are at it again - people show up to vote and then told they have already voted. Voter fraud is alive in 2021.

Some LA County Voters Told They Already Cast Ballots in Gavin Newsom Recall Election

Larry Elder, one of the leading Republican candidates seeking to replace Newsom if the recall succeeds, has said he believes "there might very well be shenanigans, as there were in the 2020 election." His campaign website has a link to a "Stop CA Fraud" website where people can report suspicious voting activity or sign a petition demanding a special legislative session to investigate an election that isn't even over.

Stupid.

and I never alleged voter fraud in this election.

Yet, AGAIN, when I made fun of the "election fraud" claims, you cannonballed your way in here, apparently supportive of those claims.

It's quite specifically what was in the OP, which is what I had responded to.

You continue to backtrack here, and it's rather awesome!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣

I haven’t backtracked one iota. And I never supported claims of voter fraud. In fact, I was quite clear that I didn’t consider it to be fraud. I pointed out your mistake and then explained that your follow-up to that mistake was irrelevant.

You’re simply making up lies to hide the fact that you whiffed badly on your claim that the election hadn’t even started yet.

You’re a goddamn idiot.

What's election fraud "froth" look like, anyway?

Which is not "fraud".

#Why-I-LOL'd-At-OP
The basic problem here is that isn’t what you posted in #21. OP claimed fraud and used the example of people incorrectly being told they had already voted as an example. If you had simply said “That wasn’t fraud. It was a computer glitch that was quickly corrected” then you would have been correct and we wouldn’t be having this discussion.

But that’s not what you did. You mocked the idea that it was even possible to identify fraud yet because, according to you, the election hadn’t even started yet.

It's what I've posted, repeatedly, in this thread.

And here you are, still arguing about it.
No, it’s what you eventually decided to post - after I corrected your erroneous claim that the election hadn’t even started yet.

But it’s nice to see that you at least finally understand that you were wrong in posts 21, 31, and 36.

That has absolutely nothing to do with what the OP posted or what you and I posted. People showed up to vote early on Saturday and were told they had already voted, even though they hadn't. That's a fact. The Associated Press reported it. The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's office acknowledged the problem. Evidently there was a problem with the check-in equipment which incorrectly flagged these people as having already voted, so they were given provisional ballots.
That sounds more like equipment failure rather than fraud. The OP referred to that as fraud. Do you agree it's fraud?

I've already been clear that it was a computer glitch and not fraud. Joes Place wants you to believe that I claimed it's fraud. Because he's a goddamn idiot.

No, it's what I'd posted.

You jumped to the "fraud alarm", and looked like a full-on idiot.

Continue....you provide us much amusement here.
Lol. You can't point to a single post in this thread where I claimed it was fraud. Because I didn't. In fact, I can point to posts where I specifically said it was a computer glitch and not fraud.

But I can point to the exact post where you falsely claimed the election hadn't even started yet, even though it had started more than a week earlier.

So I got that goin' for me...which is nice.

Which you ABSOLUTELY implied when responding to my posts.
My posts referred to the OP's fraud claims, and you chimed right on in there.

You claimed the election had not started yet. It had.

Own it, bitch.

Yes, we do have "early voting" for sure

But polling had not started for in-person voting, which was my point for OP's "fraud" claims.

And you continue to defend that nonsense with each post here.

Well, you got pretty defensive on behalf of the OP. That's why I asked.
No, I didn't. Not once. Joes Place desperately wants you to believe I did, but I didn't. I was quite clear that it was a computer glitch.

At no point did I defend OP's claims of fraud. Joes Place mockingly dismissed OP's claims on the basis that they couldn't possibly be true because the election hadn't even started yet. So I pointed out that the election had started a week earlier.

I corrected him and he can't stand it. It drives him nuts when I bitch-slap him on verifiable facts, so he immediately starts a campaign of twisting my words and making deliberately false inferences.

That's what he does. That's what he has always done. That's Joes Place.

Actually, JP didn't say the claims, "couldn't actually be true." He said it was interesting that the claims were made before the election started. You actually jumped to an inference there.

You're correct that early voted had started (I voted about two weeks ago myself), but it seemed pretty clear JP was referring to the fact that election day hadn't happened.

So you're both right.

Please kiss and make up.
