you're acting as though they spend money specifically mapping poop or something. they get service calls or alerts from people...they map those calls and code them to what the complaint or comment is

It's generally not the people with homes dropping trou on the side of the street and dropping a deuce if that's what you're asking .. we can call it the fentynyl crisis if you'd prefer. Many things are true at once in the liberal paradise that is San Fransisco/California
Yeah, cause that's what they're doing,.. Homeless guy drops a street turd, someone calls it in, they map the location, and tag the complaint as a turd,.. Minus the turd they wouldn't be tracking this complaint,... So it appears as though they actually are spending money mapping poop.
Oh well, by all means. If another state does it it's no issue.
Or maybe both states are being extremely frivolous.
It always baffles me how maga enjoys wallowing in the the grossest (partial) facts of any story.
