Maybe i better explain my situation
I recently came down with Lymphoma and wanted to let Fran know how inspiring his family is and continues to be towards cancer

You probably would have better luck calling the athletic office.
Call the BB office and ask for Shelly. She can help you out.
I reached out to Fran and the Basketball Office a couple years ago to see if they could offer some sort of encouragement to a MAJOR Hawkeye fan with Cancer, who just happened to be my Cousin.
They responded with a nice letter and an autographed basketball. I didn't tell him what I did and he received that stuff out of the blue, and he of course was grateful and thrilled to get it.
Anyway, I hope you can get similar results, and God Bless.
