Can someone give me a specific example of a situation where a DEI hire

Ok...if the Iowa football program were forced to live in a perfect DEI world with the current limit of 105 athletes per team:

79 White Guys
14 African Americans
7 Hispanic Dudes
4 Asians
1 Transgender male

Of the white guys, 9 would have to be Jews, 8 would have to identify as Gay, etc, etc...

Now in the current NIL world, the value of a Gay Jewish Asian would be huge because he (or maybe she) would knock off multiple requirements..

Repeat this for every team in America and tell me College Football would have exactly the same level of excellence and I'll buy the liberal argument on this subject.

The claudine gay saga proves you wrong
Yes, Harvard is considered "legacy based" as it gives preferential treatment to applicants whose parents are alumni of the university, meaning children of Harvard graduates have a significantly higher chance of being accepted compared to other applicants, which has been a subject of criticism for perpetuating inequality and favoring wealthy, white students;.

That took less than five seconds to find. So you are wrong.

Nothing you just said counters Claudine gay being a dei hire/failure
