Your just putting out a narrative not the facts. Why was their a raid on a former Presidents residence unannounced even though the residence was secured by Secret Service. Both are agencies of the Federal government that fully cooperate. Why was media called and made aware that the raid would happen and when so they could be there. I could go on, but disingenuous Joe has his narrative to push for his message board friends.
My God - the raid was not unannounced. They actually COORDINATED with SS to do it at a time when Trump would not be there.

It amazes me how Trump's defenders keep glossing over the fact that if he'd returned the docs when asked, nothing that happened after, happens.
If by working with them, you mean not returning all the documents when requested, lying when he said he'd returned everything, to the point of his lawyer signing an affidavit to that effect, then sure. He was working with them.
Make all the requests you want, doesn't mean there is a timeline. If they wanted to raid and prosecute why did they wait so long? Would you not have raided sooner and prosecuted in a more favorable court?

The "timeline" is that Trump and his lawyers told DOJ they turned everything over.
DOJ has video footage of Trump's lackey's secretively moving boxes around AFTER he told them they were turned over.
Informants at MAL notified DOJ they were there.
DOJ had credible evidence for a warrant/raid to collect them, got a judge to sign it off, and recovered those documents.
Trump and his lackey's tried to destroy the video cam evidence and obstruct justice, as well.
But why wait so long? No motive? Prosecute sooner and none of this matters.

Great Joe, I wish this would have gone to court. I read, don't watch the news very often, but read your posts pounding sand all the time. Cannon snuffed out your candle, but you keep pounding. I really wanted to watch this one go all the way through the courts.

Return the documents and there's nothing to prosecute. Bottom line.
