Charles Rogers

I noticed on Minnesota's list of signees from this year, a DB named Charles Rogers from Council Bluffs, IA as a Jr. Is this the same Charles Rogers that played QB at Iowa City West and played DB for maybe a year at Iowa State, then left ISU for Jr College?
