Sure. And will deserve the criticism and scorn that decision results in from the public.

How come we don’t criticize our court system just as much then? We are allowing this guy we presume guilty, which I believe we all agree he is. The ability to walk around freely until his court date.
He won’t be working or doing anything productive while he is out on the streets and could very easily harm someone else until he’s locked away.
A college president/coach/athletic director are held at a higher standard than you politicians and everyone else running our courts?
If for some reason he is found innocent and the school didn’t allow him to play. What do you suppose the odds are the he sues the school for not allowing him to play and possibly ruining his future?

if you are referring to my joke. The joke was that everyone perceives tinder as a hook up site/app. Meaning if you are on there you are only looking to hook up. Thus matching on tinder and meeting up would imply you gave consent.
