I will never be able to wrap my head around why Fran continued to put the ball in his hands at the end of games. It's like we were watching different games. That and not making a lineup change during the funk disappointed me in Fran because he is better than that.

Not that I'm dissagreeing with you but: Jesus he played ogelsby for 4 years. That may be th biggest indictment of Fran there is. There can't be another d1 coach that would have given jo the # of minutes he got over four years.

Loyalty doesn't stop you from recruiting a better player. I get the impression that Fran actually thinks some of the guards he has played are better than what their stats say they are. Fran being an ex- low scoring, game manager PG might be more inclined to look favorably on that type of player.
