Last season, it seemed the team talked about CJ and his leadership. This season, it doesn't seem like the team has any leadership. My thought is that possibly last season CJ was more of an inspirational leader by playing through the injuries and pain, rather then an actual team leader with the team gaining motivation by seeing what he had to endure week in and week out. Comments?

It does seem that some of last year's cohesion and connection is missing. Add a couple bounces that don't go our way and here we are 3-2.

CJ led by his play last year. He's laid everything out and took a lot of punishment and that has added up. I'd say CJ's play is the difference between 7-5ish and 12-0. That's how well he can play.
