Connor is playing well but I still don’t want to see the ball in His hands when the shot clock is windy down (it’s happened too often). Nor do I want to see him shoot anything beyond 15 feet.

His shot looks way better this year, he definitely worked on the mechanics of the quicker release. If his 3% is in the 30s and he's taking 2 or 3 a game, I'm cool with that. It's capable enough to be respected by the defense.

Anyone know exactly how many more games that JBo can play and still be eligible to apply for a medical redshirt?

I believe it is 3 so a decision would need to be made after the ISU game.

There is a 9 day break between the ISU game and our next game in Chicago against Cincinnati.

Thanks. That sounds like a perfect way for JBo to give the knee a real test and maximize his contribution to the team this year, either way he decides. We will need him over the next 3, especially if CJ is less than 100%.

Can he play beyond the ISU game if he misses any of the next 3? I know there’s a time limit as well.

His shooting numbers are down and he’s not really trying on defense. That’s not a good situation for a full season. I will say that playing Jordan to this point has allowed Joe T to ease in.
.

I have to disagree on his not trying on defense. For certain. I watched the condensed version of the game. JBo looked decent.

Not trying is a false statement to the highest degree.... He actually played good defense, except for getting F'd on a couple of BS calls.
