Listening to Franklin Press Conference I didn't think it was really that bad. Till he talked about the punt and how they don't do things like like that around here. Did he forget the last two weeks and his other press conferences. Most other coaches make a comment like that and you're like okay I can I can buy that. The guy leads by example he acts like a douche his players act like douches.
The refs also ahem missed an obvious holding call on psu go ahead scoring drive.
Nah; not that upset above this game. We were in a position to win, which is a lot more than I could ask for. Next week will be a new game.
Every fan base has to endure tough losses. It's what sports are about. But I will never support an institution that protected and enabled a despicable monster for years and years. It allows me to sleep at night and teach my kids morals and values, knowing that I practice what I preach.

Know it's hard for the alumni and fans to accept your tarnished history. Your reputation is never going to go away. You shouldn't even have a program let alone a university after everything that happened. Everyone in the entire world knows your U for what it is.... Remember you need to come to peace with this then when anyone mentions you as Ped State you will come to terms with it. It's not ever going away for like ever. So sorry maybe in another decade it won't sting so bad.
My problem isn't with the crazies that still defend JoePa still. Every fan base has their crazies that are bit much. Yeah Penn State may have a few more of them regarding the JoePa worship.
The problem I have is they they have a victim mentality over all this. This is a great majority of them from the people I met this weekend. They think what they did last year was overcoming the odds because the NCAA just screwed then over. Outside of the obvious child molestation a problem was that Penn State football became bigger than the University. They don't seem to see that and they're right back where they were before the Scandal.

Well it's not ped state and people have been punished for their crimes. What is wrong is how "excited" you seem to get by saying ped. Not healthy. I am a firm believer that after being punished you rebuild and move on and not have to pay for the same real estate twice. I get that you are not thrilled by the outcome of last nights score but by getting giddy over "Ped" it sounds like you are just letting off steam in the only way you know how. In reality there is no one left from that era so if it is frustration on your score I forgive you. If not logically using "Ped" as your argument for everything is demeaning yourself and acting like a child.

Ferentz is considered one of the classiest coaches in all of CFB. No one is saying this about Franklin. If there is a need for people to defend your actions and comments you made you probably don't fall in the classy category. I'm sure you love Harbaugh and Meyer too. Two great coaches but classy isn't the first thing that pops in your head.
