Post a picture of your favorite toy or thing from your childhood.

Mine would have to be the Honda 125m 3-wheeler/death machine that my grandparents bought and I used to ride at their place in the country. Rolled it, flipped it, lived to tell about it:

What toy or thing do you associate with your childhood?

I would have given my tiny left nut to have either one of these "toys" when I was a kid. I lived on a farm and had a practical need for them as well, but NOOOOOOO! "You can huff and puff your ass two miles, up hill both ways, and walk around in circles through the pastures searching for and rounding up calves....' FM childhood L!

We must have the same grandparents.

We had this death trap as well. Mom got rid of it after I rolled it on a gravel road and got pinned underneath and almost got run over by a car. She was such a worry wart.

I loved my time with these guys and the Micronauts and Star Wars guys. Just let the imagination roam...awesome stuff. I really enjoyed it when my own kids had their various guys and made up adventures.

I had both of those. I conducted a scientific study with my erector set when I was eight;

"What happens if you stick a piece of metal into the socket of a Felix the Cat night lamp?"

"It makes a loud popping noise accompanied by a large spark; causing nearby children to nearly pee themselves."

Hands down one of the best toys I ever got....never once remotely considered it being basically a Ken doll.
