Conference Championship History

Have the Hawks ever NOT won a single weight class at Big 10 champs?
Since 1969, it's happened 5 times (twice in the Zalesky-era and 3 times in the Brands-era):

2018 – Lee (3rd), Glynn (DNP), Turk (5th), Sorensen (2nd), Kemerer (T-6th, MFF), Marinelli (6th), Gunther (6th), Bowman (8th), Wilcke (6th), Stoll (4th)

2015 – Gilman (2nd), Clark (3rd), Dziewa (2nd), Sorensen (2nd), Kelly (DNP), Moore (DNP), Evans (3rd), Brooks (3rd), Burak (4th), Telford (2nd)

2013 – McDonough (2nd), Ramos (2nd), Ballweg (2nd), Dziewa (DNP), St. John (3rd), Moore (4th), Evans (2nd), E. Lofthouse (3rd), Burak (4th), Telford (3rd)

2006 – Magnani (5th), Dennis (DNP), Tsirtsis (3rd), Eustice (3rd), Johnston (6th), Luedke (4th), Perry (2nd), Bradley (7th), Erekson (6th), Bucklin (DNP)

2005 – Falck (DNP), Galanakis (5th), Tsirtsis (5th), Eustice (3rd), Johnston (3rd), Perry (2nd), L. Lofthouse (DNP), Bradley (4th), Fellers (8th), Fields (5th)

That 2015 year was especially painful as the Hawks tied the Buckeyes for the tournament title, 120-120.
