Most private insurers cover them (as they do for most recommended vaccines, because the insurers know the cost-benefit analysis). If vaccines were as dangerous as our Resident Idiots claim, insurers would be less likely to recommend them, being on the hook for the subsequent side effects/reactions. But, because those incidents are so rare relative to the protective benefits, insurers WANT to cover them.
$2 measles vaccine costs a pittance compared to a few weeks in an ICU and subsequent infections from other diseases after your immune system got erased.
